We are here for you, to help you change and succeed.
We all experience times of trial and difficulties in our lives. Sometimes, it seems as though we will never feel happy again. By choosing counseling, you invest in yourself, change your way of thinking, and begin a new journey toward healing. Through our collaborative relationship, you and I will work together to incorporate therapeutic interventions proven to alleviate the symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. I utilize holistic techniques that incorporate your mind, body, and spirit. As a trained Christian counselor, I can help you develop new practices to support your faith formation and spiritual health.
I am married to a first responder and received training in first responder mental health and wellness through the National Emergency Responder Safety Center. As a result, I am uniquely qualified to assist first responders experiencing trauma, relationship issues, and career challenges.
I work with individuals, teens, families, and couples. I do not accept insurance, and am unable to accept Medicaid clients.
I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado Christian University and my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. I am trained in Christian counseling techniques and will work with you to support your beliefs. I have additional training as a Grief Share Leader, in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and in Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk (AMSR).
