Therapy isn’t only about surviving difficult seasons—it’s about rediscovering your strength, your calm, and the parts of yourself that may have been lost along the way. In our work together, you’ll have space to breathe, reflect, and rebuild. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR,EFT and mindfulness, we work to ease anxiety, process trauma, and create healthier patterns in your life and relationships.
My approach is holistic. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we look at the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—so deeper healing has room to take root.
Many of the people I work with are used to being strong for everyone else. They are first responders, partners of first responders, or individuals navigating high-conflict relationships and emotionally draining dynamics. As the spouse of a first responder, I understand firsthand the unique pressures that demanding, high-stress careers place on individuals and families. My work often includes helping first responders and their loved ones navigate trauma exposure, communication challenges, and the impact of stress on relationships.
When relationships become full of conflict, emotional manipulation, or constant tension, it can leave even the strongest people feeling exhausted and uncertain. Therapy offers a place where those patterns can slow down, clarity can return, and healthier ways of relating can begin to develop.
For clients who desire it, faith can be an important part of the healing process. I offer Christian counseling that thoughtfully integrates biblical wisdom with evidence-based therapeutic care to support deeper growth, resilience, and meaning.

Individual therapy may be appropriate if you are experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, or emotional overwhelm.
Couples counseling focuses on strengthening communication, understanding conflict patterns, and rebuilding emotional connection.
Insurance and Fees
I accept Kaiser and United Healthcare for individual therapy services.
Because insurance typically does not cover relationship-focused counseling, couples therapy is offered on a private-pay basis.
I also offer discounted rates for first responders as part of my commitment to supporting those who serve our communities.
